By using TinaMaria you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain language on purpose.

1. The Service

TinaMaria is a wellness and hypnosis subscription app offering personalized audio sessions, sleep programs, wealth reprogramming tools, journaling features, and community elements. Access to specific features depends on your subscription tier.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use TinaMaria. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to The Practice tier. Your card is required to start the trial but you will not be charged if you cancel before day 7. After 7 days, your subscription automatically renews at the applicable monthly rate.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
Current pricing: The Practice ($14.99/mo), The Rewire ($29.99/mo), and higher tiers as listed on our pricing page
All payments are processed securely by Stripe
Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
Taxes may apply depending on your location

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then
We do not offer refunds for partial months
Trial cancellations before day 7 result in zero charge

6. Your Content

Content you create within TinaMaria — including FutureCast journal entries and personalization inputs — belongs to you. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to store and display it to you within the app. We will never share your personal journal content with third parties.

7. Personalized Sessions

Personalized audio sessions are generated using AI voice technology based on the information you provide. These sessions are for personal wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek qualified professional support.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Reproduce, distribute, or resell TinaMaria content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

9. Intellectual Property

All TinaMaria content — including audio sessions, scripts, visuals, and brand elements — is owned by TinaMaria and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TinaMaria is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or uninterrupted availability of the service. Wellness results vary by individual.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinaMaria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
