Your privacy matters deeply to us. This policy explains what information TinaMaria collects, how we use it, and your rights as a member of this community.

1. Who We Are

TinaMaria is a wellness and hypnosis subscription app ("we," "us," or "our"). For questions about this policy, contact us at hello@tinamaria.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information — your name and email address when you sign up
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details
Usage data — sessions listened to, streaks, and app activity to personalize your experience
Content you create — journal entries, goals, wins, beliefs, affirmations, community posts, and other content you add inside the app
Vision Board photos — images you upload to your Vision Board are compressed on your device and stored securely in our database linked only to your account
Voice recordings (optional) — when you use the Voice Scan feature, a short audio sample is sent for real-time AI analysis and is not stored on our servers after analysis
Health & fitness data (optional) — if you connect Apple Health, Google Fit, or Oura Ring, we read the specific data types you authorize (such as sleep, heart rate variability, and activity)
Device data — browser type, device info, and timezone for technical support and delivering notifications at the right time

2a. Vision Board Photos

Photos you upload to the Vision Board are only visible to you. We do not share, sell, or use your vision board photos for advertising, AI training, or any purpose other than displaying your board back to you. You can delete individual photos at any time; all photos are permanently deleted when you delete your account.

2b. Voice Scan (Optional AI Feature)

If you opt in to Voice Scan, your device records a short audio sample that is transmitted securely to our AI analysis service for real-time processing to generate your personalized wealth frequency reading. Voice recordings are processed ephemerally — they are not stored on our servers after analysis completes. You may use the rest of TinaMaria without granting microphone access.

2c. Health & Fitness Integrations (Apple Health, Google Fit, Oura)

If you connect Apple Health, Google Fit, or Oura Ring, TinaMaria reads only the data types you authorize — such as sleep, heart rate variability, activity, and readiness scores — to personalize meditation timing, hypnosis recommendations, and wealth rituals aligned with your body's natural rhythms.

Apple HealthKit notice: HealthKit data is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. Per Apple's policy, HealthKit data is used only for the features you enable inside TinaMaria. You can revoke access anytime via the Apple Health app.

For Google Fit and Oura, you can revoke access via the respective app's permission settings. Revoking access stops new data collection but does not automatically delete data already used for personalization. Use our Data Deletion page to request full deletion.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, personalize, and improve the TinaMaria experience
To process your subscription and send billing-related communications
To generate your personalized audio sessions via our AI voice partner
To send important account updates (you can opt out of marketing emails at any time)
To maintain the security and integrity of our platform

4. Third-Party Services

TinaMaria works with the following trusted partners:

Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
Supabase — secure database and authentication (privacy policy)
ElevenLabs — AI voice generation for personalized sessions (privacy policy)
Voice Scan AI provider — real-time voice analysis (only when you use Voice Scan)
Apple Health / Google Fit / Oura — optional, user-controlled health and fitness integrations (you grant and revoke access via the respective app)
Netlify — website hosting (privacy policy)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data for advertising. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without your explicit opt-in.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers with row-level security. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account closure upon request.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

TinaMaria uses browser local storage to remember your session preferences and tier status. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Access the personal data we hold about you

Opt out of marketing communications at any time
Export your journal entries and personal content

8. Children's Privacy

TinaMaria is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
